Support Coverage

  • We provide L1, L2, and L3 support (conditions apply) for 12 hours per day, 5 days a week, within the U.S.
  • Clients may select any 12-hour window between 6:00 AM CST and 10:00 PM CST.
  • A flat fee applies to these support services.

Resource Availability

  • A minimum of two certified professionals will be available throughout the 12-hour support window.
  • These resources are physically located at our Houston, TX office, ensuring direct oversight and accountability.
  • L4 support is available upon request, subject to conditions and revised pricing.

Quality Assurance

  • All support personnel are trained and certified in their respective technologies.
  • A senior resource will always be present to supervise and ensure service excellence.
  • Support is governed by clearly defined contractual terms.
